Bojana Ivanišević is a lawyer with many years of professional experience in performing legal work.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb in 1998, and opened her own law office in 2002.
During her twenty-year career as a lawyer, she obtained a large number of judicial decisions for her clients in the field of human rights that are important for the Croatian judiciary.
In 2022, the lawyer successfully completed her education and passed the final exam in the area of Law of European Family Property Regimes, which regulates the division of marital and life partnership property with an international element. In this way, she gained theoretical and practical knowledge in representing Croatian citizens who currently live and work abroad in proceedings where EU law is applied.
